Why Yoga Straps?

Yoga straps are a useful prop for yogis of all levels, and they can be used in a variety of ways to help deepen your stretches and improve your alignment.

Hamstring stretch

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Wrap the strap around the ball of your foot and hold onto the ends of the strap with your hands.

Bound angle pose

Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet together and your knees bent out to the sides. Place the strap around your feet and hold onto the ends of the strap with your hands.

Half Moon Pose

Place the strap around your raised foot in Half Moon Pose to help you maintain balance and stability.
